2008 is about "Changes".
I present to you "faces" from 1997 to 2007. This idea came to me while i was clearing my computer and I chanced upon some photos of myself from random folders and so I thought I would just piece them together to tell a story. A story of change, a story of transformation. Times fly so quickly and as I look back .. another ten years has passed. I've grown (or rather, transform) quite significantly and behind each of these 'pretty' faces tells a story. Some happy, fun memories; others not so. I guess the most significant one would be the one in the center with the 'bengish' evil stare. That was taken in 2003 during my first year in NUS. Lost and confused, frustrated with life and I was blinded with the perception that this world is really a dark, cruel place.
But then something happen. For God said," Let there be light" and there was light. (Ok, He did not say that to me but the whole process was similar to that and it took me almost a year!) Light once again shine on the darken soul. My spirit brightened and my face started to change once more, into the me today.
I am glad there is change. Change is the only constant thing. But I know He is not done yet but I am confident of what I will eventual become.
2008 is going to be the best year yet!
